We teach current and future leaders the skills, knowledge and ethics necessary to manage in our complex world and to succeed in a contemporary business setting. Our six-month, part-time program helps participants clarify their goals, dreams and gifts through applicable methodology, introspective work, group exercises, networking and one-on-one sessions. The core learning experience involves personalizing the concepts and practicing the skills that transform status quo practices into powerful ones. And, our students maintain this wisdom throughout their professional and individual lives.
