WAVE Leadership Program : Walking the Talk,
Awareness, Vision, Empowering Others
This customized leadership program is at the heart of North Coast Associates’
work. It combines skills training with self-awareness and reflection in a
group/peer setting. It is our firm belief that long-lasting change and growth
only occur when learning is spread out over time with a chance to practice and
receive targeted feedback from peers and the facilitator.
Programs are offered within an organization or by combining groups across
several organizations.
Sample Format:
1 full day and 7 or 11 half-day sessions over a three to six month period
Maximum group size of 16
Weekly or bi-weekly sessions held in Rochester, NY
Access to individual follow-up coaching sessions
