Joy blends a nearly 20-year passion in Leadership Development with a history of success in line positions in U.S. corporations, including Xerox Corporation and Hewlett-Packard.

Since 1989, she has acquired proven success in designing and teaching leadership development programs in major U.S. businesses. Joy instructs with depth of knowledge, sprinkled with wit and rich story-telling.

Her additional work and experience involves:
• Creating and facilitating diversity/inclusion initiatives,
• Coaching leaders of all levels in the corporate and not-for-profit sector,
• Designing and facilitating team-building and strategic planning sessions.

Her clients include: Corning, Incorporated, Unity Health System, University of Rochester, ESL Federal Credit Union, General Code Publishers, and the Perinatal Networks of Monroe County and Buffalo.

Joy Collins earned an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology, a BA in Economics from Tufts University and a Certificate in Organization Development from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. She is certified to administer and interpret the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.

Julie Cicora, MDiv

Julie combines a business career at Hewlett-Packard with depth of understanding regarding interpersonal relations, stemming from her work as a chaplain and minister.

She has been an Account Manager at Hewlett-Packard for over 20 years, during which time she has called on Fortune 500 corporations, small and medium-sized businesses, as well as resellers and distributors. Due to her work delivering the bottom line while maintaining trusting, productive relationships, Julie has won numerous sales awards and accolades. And, she is renowned—for her humor and wisdom—as a public speaker.

Julie Cicora possesses a Masters in Divinity from Bexley Hall Seminary and a BA in Biological Sciences from Wellesley College. She has also participated in the Shalem Spiritual Guidance Program and is a member of the National Speakers Association (NSA).
